Cancer results tomorrow - what happens next?

It's the night before I am getting my CT scan results to find out if after my 2nd surgery and 3rd course of chemotherapy the cancer has gone or not. I am feeling cautiously optimistic, but I've been here before and know you can't take anything for granted. Whatever the outcome, I will fight on regardless.
