I have received a wonderful surprise from my friends at Ippon Ken Karate Club. The kindness of others is what can really keep you going!

When being diagnosed with cancer, it is easy to feel anger or self-pity, but I have never allowed myself to dwell on these negatives.

Time spent with dear friends who are supporting my third battle with cancer is absolutely priceless.
